2015 Korean Speech Contest for Foreigners

Busan Foundation of International Activities (BFIA) is holding the 2015 Korean Speech Contest in order to motivate foreign residents in Busan to learn Korean and to promote their improvement in Korean language.

We are looking forward to your attention and participation.

Activity Outline

Date/Time: Nov. 06, 2015(Fri.) 15:00- 17:00

Location: Lotte Culture Hall (10th floor of Lotte Mall in Gwang-bok)

Content: Free topic speech (individual), skit (group), induction ceremony, prize draw, etc.


Time for Application: Sept. 09(Wed.) – Oct. 23(Fri.), 2015


Speech (individual) : Free topic speech (within 5 minutes)

Skit (group): 2-5 people/ Free topic skit-like presentation

Participant: Long-term residents of Busan such as foreign students, marriage-based immigrants, and etc.

Qualification: Those who have been recommended by foreigner support organizations (e.g. Universities, schools for foreigners, etc.)

Those who have won the first place from previous contests organized by the BFIA (’06-’14) can not apply.

How to apply

Corresponding organizations must directly apply to BFIA (individual application is not acceptable.)
