Air Busan has been expanding its domestic routes, as well as those in Southeast Asia and China as it deals with the cancelation of many of its Japanese flights.
Air Busan announced on the 9th that it will establish a link between Gimhae Airport and Kalibo Airport in Boracay, Philippines by the end of next month. The regular service is a new service and plans to operate four times a week.
It is also planning to expand the route between Incheon and China. Air Busan, which recently expanded its Taiwan routes, is trying to secure new overseas routes and concentrating on expanding its domestic routes.
Air Busan has a total of 200 flights in all domestic flights, including increased flights from Gimpo-Busan, Gimpo-Ulsan, Gimpo-Daegu, Busan-Jeju, Gimpo-Jeju, Daegu-Jeju, Ulsan-Jeju from September to late October — an increase of nearly 40,000 seats.
In addition, Air Busan will hold a special ‘Domestic Travel Week’ special event in preparation for the temporary increase of the autumn season.
Tickets for the special event, which will be held until November 11, are available from 17,900 won based on a one-way total fare for all domestic flights.
The boarding period is from September 17 to October 26, and can be purchased through the Air Busan website and mobile.
