Air Busan will start flights to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia’s major resort in Southeast Asia from Busan and Daegu next month.
Air Busan said it will open new flights to Kota Kinabalu and increase flights to some routes, including Busan and Ulaanbaatar, in the summer season which began on March 31 and lasts until October 26.
The Busan-Kota Kinabalu route will be operated once daily from May 22, and the flight aircraft will be 195 seats on an Airbus 321-200.
In addition, Daegu-Kota Kinabalu route will be operated four times a week (Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) from May 15th.
The Daegu-Kota Kinabalu route is the first new route to be opened at Daegu Airport. The booking of Kota Kinabalu routes began on the 3rd, and special airline ticket promotions started yesterday.
The also popular Busan-Ulaanbaatar route will also be increased from twice a week to three times a week (Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday) from 7th.
