BUSAN, South Korea -- A huge second half surge gave the Busan IPark their first win of the 2014 campaign with a 3-1 win over visiting Pohang at the Asiad World Cup Stadium Saturday afternoon.
After a back-and-forth battle around midfield in the first half, Pohang opened the scoring on the hour when Lee Myung-joo blasted home a shot in the left corner from just outside the penalty area.
Lim Sang-hyub scored the Iparks first goal of the year when he leveled the score in the 65th minute with a beautiful effort from the penalty area past Pohang keeper Shin Hwa-yong.
The IPark took the lead in the 72nd minute when Lim Sang-hyub notched his second goal off a corner kick when he banged in the rebound off a deflection off the crossbar to give IPark a 2-1 lead.
Yang Dong-hyun added an insurance header in the 82nd off a Fagner corner to give the IPark their first points of the season.

Han Kyu-won opened the scoring in the 39th minute, with Jung Hyuk and Leonardo adding second half goals for Jeonbuk, while Choi Eun-seok stopped seven shots for the clean sheet.

BUSAN, South Korea -- The Busan IPark Football Club have released their new uniforms for this season which are a dramatic change from previous versions. The new kits feature their new slogan 'Challenge 2014' in their hopes of symbolizing change.
The home kit, designed by Adidas, features the traditional red and white with the shield, while the new away kits feature a blue background with white lines drawn in waves to symbolize the sea.
The new kits will be unveiled in front of fans March 2nd at 2 p.m.
BANGKOK, Thailand -- The Busan IPark started their 2014 exhibition schedule with a 3-2 victory over Muang Thong United in Bangkok. Muang Thong was second in the league table and managed an impressive showing in last year's ACL appearance.
