Enjoy a Spring Maeuntang Dish at Paradise Hotel’s Sakae

Enjoy a healthy spring Korean bowl of maeuntang, or rockfish soup this spring at Sakae, the Paradise Hotel’s signature Japanese restaurant.

Maeuntang is a spicy fish soup which combines the words “maeun” meaning spicy and “tang” meaning soup.

The soup is known for its spices which combines gochujang and gochukaru with mixed vegetables.

Sakae is open daily from noon to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for dinner service.
