The Little Conscious Change is back in Busan with Little Meditation.
A 5 week free meditation class, starting this Wednesday 9th January next to Gwangali beach, The Suyeong Cultural Center 5th floor
There’s 8 spots available.
8pm to 9pm. 60 minutes split into two meditation sessions,
along with me sharing some tools and techniques.
(we’ll be seated on chairs, though those that would like can be in lotus on the chair, and we’ll also be doing some walking meditation)
Goal orientated approaches to bring the meditation that fits right for you so that you can bring it into your day and enjoy the progress.
Sorta like finding your favourite food, you’re not going to know your favourite food if you’re only eating one food. We’ll try a few techniques, find out and get on it. 🙂
