The Korean professional V-League will hold friendly matches this month in Busan.
Hyundai Capital, Samsung Fire & Marine, OK Savings Bank, and KEPCO will hold friendly matches at Busan Gijang Gymnasium from the 21st to 24th of July.
The four teams agreed to play the volleyball games in advance of the 2019-20 season which begins October 12th.
The practice game is an extension of the “Pre V League Classic” held by Hyundai Capital and Samsung Fire in Hongcheon in Gangwon Province during the offseason. OK Savings Bank and KEPCO announced their intention to join in the professional volleyball integrated workshop last month and expanded to four teams.
The four teams will play two games a day and on the 24th, there will be a volleyball class for 200 young people in Busan.
“It is an event to spread the popularity of volleyball to non-volleyball areas where there is no professional volleyball team,” a league official said.
