New Rest Areas and Parks To Be Built on Major Roads in Busan/Yeongnam Region

Four rest areas and small parks will be built by major roads in Busan and Yeongnam regions where drivers can take a rest.

The Busan Office of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said earlier this week that it will install a total of four rest areas for drivers on major roads including highway number 7 going from Busan to Eunsang, highway 33 for Gupo to Saenggok, highway 58 for Mugae to Samgye and highway 36 from Yongsang to Kyori.

The rest area for highway 7 is due to complete construction by the end of this year and all other rest stops will be completed by 2024.
