Openings: Oscar’s Taco Shop in Gwangalli

Another taco spot has joined the ever-growing Busan taco scene.

Oscar’s Taco Shop, the newest venture by Ahmad Monsour, opened up on Gwangalli Beach, last week ready to satisfy those with Mexican food cravings.

Set on the main beach road at the old Bombay Brau Indian restaurant next to Fuzzy Navel in the middle of the beach, they offer a brief, albeit tasty menu with affordable prices.

With only six main items, quality is not compromised — a beef, chicken or California burrito, two types of tacos, and three kinds of quesadillas, as well as a couple of starters and two vegan burrito options, are on offer.

It’s open 11 am until 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and Friday – Saturday from 11 am – midnight.

Staying in the Gwangan/Namcheon area? Haps has teamed up with Shuttle to offer you a 4,000 won discount with your first delivery order from Oscars Tacos and on great meals from local restaurants in Busan.
