Increased personnel will be assigned for traffic duty at places where traffic congestion is anticipated, including cemetery parks.
Up to 210 buses will be arranged on 26 routes to take people to 7 cemetery parks in the city.
The city will also open 533 schoolyards and parking lots of public institutions for free public parking during the holidays.
