Teenage Boy Dies After Falling From Faulty Futsal Goalpost in Haeundae

A teenage boy died after falling from hanging on to a poorly built goal post of a local futsal field that collapsed on him.

According to Haeundae Police, a 13-year-old boy died during treatment at a local university hospital at 2:33 pm on Wednesday.

The teenager suffered a head injury when he fell from hanging on a goal post at a futsal field in Haeundae that was built by Haeundaegu office.

The police confirmed that the goal post was not fixed to the ground.

The police are due to investigate and question the public official in charge.
