Busan Marine Natural History Museum Exchange Exhibition: The Inner Beauty of Fish @ Busan Marine Natural History Museum

The Busan Marine Natural History Museum Exchange Exhibition: ‘The Inner Beauty of Fish’ takes place from April 30 to July 21, 2019 at the Busan Marine Natural History Museum.

The exhibition, in cooperation with the National Marine Biodiversity Institute of Korea, features about 100 fish specimens, bleached and stained to reveal the complex skeletal structures beneath their scales, as well as colorful photographs of them.

The method for clearing and staining the fish for the demonstration of their skeletal systems will also be introduced academically and aesthetically at the exhibition.

Hanbok Experience Hall @ BEXCO Auditorium

The Hanbok Hall exhibits hanboks and accessories during the period of the Joseon Dynasty and lets visitors try on various styles of hanboks, including modern designs. Visitors are able to take a photo from the virtual fitting set and then receive a photo of themselves wearing a hanbok, traditional Korean dress, by email.

The Busan Hanbok Hall is located on the first floor of BEXCO auditorium and is open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. It is closed on Mondays. Admission is free.

The last admission is 30 minutes before closing and is closed during lunch, which is from noon until 1 pm. Groups of more than 10 people need to make a reservation by calling 070-8840-1472.

Magic Circus is a permanent magic performance event for the first time in Korea and is hosted and organized by the City of Busan and the Busan International Magic Festival Organizing Committee.

The magic show will take place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between April 12 and December 29, 2019 at the East Busan Lotte Mall. It will be a magical family-oriented event enjoyable for both children and adults.

To promote the opening of the show, ticket prices will be discounted if you bring the magic show pamphlet to the ticket booth in April and May. There is a booth to purchase various magic tools and a trick art photo zone.

 

The 14th Busan International Magic Festival is scheduled to take place from June 25 to June 30 at the Busan Cinema Center and Gunam-ro, Haeundae.

The New Zealand wine festival is the chamber’s highest profile and most successful events of the year. It is regarded as Korea’s leading wine festival for consumers and is one of the most popular and well attended international food and beverage events in Seoul and Busan, attracting over 1,000 attendees in Korea’s two largest cities.

The Kiwi Chamber was honoured to share 10 years of New Zealand wine in Korea with the communities and business industries last year. This successful celebration of our 10th year anniversary became a significant milestone in the growth of New Zealand wine in Korea.

Following the success of last year extraordinary event, the 11th Seoul event will take place on on Saturday, June 8 at the Ananti Cove Resort – an idyllic coastline haven just north of Haeundae Beach.

The New Zealand Wine Festival will showcase New Zealand’s dynamic wine & food and allow the wine lovers to discover the unique diversity of New Zealand wine regions, varieties, and styles. And it will offer an exclusive opportunity to connect New Zealand culture and culinary experience.

In creating a pure New Zealand experience, the venue will offer spectacular views of the area’s coastline and a perfect setting to enjoy a selection of quality reds and whites from over 20 of New Zealand’s top vineyards and a gourmet buffet.

The Busan Marine Natural History Museum Exchange Exhibition: ‘The Inner Beauty of Fish’ takes place from April 30 to July 21, 2019 at the Busan Marine Natural History Museum.

The exhibition, in cooperation with the National Marine Biodiversity Institute of Korea, features about 100 fish specimens, bleached and stained to reveal the complex skeletal structures beneath their scales, as well as colorful photographs of them.

The method for clearing and staining the fish for the demonstration of their skeletal systems will also be introduced academically and aesthetically at the exhibition.

The Hanbok Hall exhibits hanboks and accessories during the period of the Joseon Dynasty and lets visitors try on various styles of hanboks, including modern designs. Visitors are able to take a photo from the virtual fitting set and then receive a photo of themselves wearing a hanbok, traditional Korean dress, by email.

The Busan Hanbok Hall is located on the first floor of BEXCO auditorium and is open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. It is closed on Mondays. Admission is free.

The last admission is 30 minutes before closing and is closed during lunch, which is from noon until 1 pm. Groups of more than 10 people need to make a reservation by calling 070-8840-1472.

Magic Circus is a permanent magic performance event for the first time in Korea and is hosted and organized by the City of Busan and the Busan International Magic Festival Organizing Committee.

The magic show will take place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between April 12 and December 29, 2019 at the East Busan Lotte Mall. It will be a magical family-oriented event enjoyable for both children and adults.

To promote the opening of the show, ticket prices will be discounted if you bring the magic show pamphlet to the ticket booth in April and May. There is a booth to purchase various magic tools and a trick art photo zone.

 

The 14th Busan International Magic Festival is scheduled to take place from June 25 to June 30 at the Busan Cinema Center and Gunam-ro, Haeundae.
