The Seoul/Busan Comedy Exchange — Stand Up Seoul Live at HQ

Just two weeks ago, an intrepid band of Busan/Ulsan comedians trekked up north to Seoul to perform in Itaewon, and now on Saturday, June 22nd, we’re returning the favor by inviting six of Seoul’s best stand-up comics to bring the yuk-yuks to HQ Gwangan. Here’s the line-up:

Jung-Yoon Choi
Jaime Han
Sue H Choe
Kris James
Rowan Crabtree
Sue Choe

This night will be hosted by Busan’s comic-in-chief Kelly Brassbridge.

There will be a 5,000 won cover for this show, and all of that money will go to the comics to help cover travel expenses. Doors for this show are at 7:30, and the jokes will start flying at 8:00 sharp. This promises to be a hilarious night, so come out, have a few drinks to lubricate your giggle muscles, and support the growing stand-up comedy scene in Korea.

Earlier in the evening, they will also be having an all Korean Language comedy show featuring a lot of the same performers. We’re really excited to be having what is — as far as we know — the first all Korean Language stand-up show in Busan. If you want to attend both shows, you will get a free Cass/OB/Wine/House Cocktail with your ticket purchases.
