U.S. citizens in Busan needing Consular Services can visit the Embassy Off-site Outreach this month in Busan.
They will be providing services on Tuesday, May 14 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday, May 15 from 8:30 a.m.~11:30 a.m. at Haeundae Centum Hotel’s Sapphire Hall on the 18th floor in Busan.
During the visit, U.S. citizens can apply for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad documents. A consular officer will also offer notarial services and provide information regarding voting, federal benefits, and registration with the Embassy. The consular staff is also available to assist with emergencies involving U.S. citizens. (no appointments necessary; walk-ins allowed)

ACS Services are on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org When submitting your request by email, you will need to provide the following information:
– Applicant’s full name and date of birth
– Local contact phone number
– Your preferred appointment date
– Type of service requested
Once you make an appointment, you will receive a confirmation by email with your exact appointment time. They generally cannot accommodate requests for alternative times.
Please also note that when providing consular services outside of the U.S. Embassy, they are only able to accept payment by money order in U.S. dollars for the exact amount of the service made payable to the “CASHIER FMC U.S. EMBASSY SEOUL”.
