Busan Destinations: Wading Pools Open at Children’s Park and Busan Citizens’ Park

Busan Infrastructure Corporation (BISCO) announced that it will open wading pools at Busan Citizens’ Park and Children’s Grand Park.

The wading pool at Citizens Park will be open from 10 am to 5 pm until August 18th
and includes a large pool and a water slide for children under 12.

The wading pool of the Children’s Grand Park will open until August 25th for children under grade six.

The corporation will have lifeguards and nurses stationed at the pools at all times.

It will also open the fountain at Song Sang-hyeon Square until September.

Busan Citizen’s Park Pool Information

Period: July 23 – August 18, 2019

Closed on Mondays and rainy days

Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch break 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.)

Free admission


25×20 meter pool (children ages 8 to 12)

Two 6×8 meter pools (children aged 6 to 7, children aged 4 to 5)

Water slide

* Children must be accompanied by their parents

* The pools will be in operation for one hour and followed by a 15-minute break.
